30 Minute Massage

A custom flow based off what your body needs that day. With my intuitive touch I will utilize techniques throughout the massage such as pin-and-stretch, trigger point, positional release, and active/passive stretching. Leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed when you leave!

Cupping has so many benefits for clients who have a lot of built-up tension in their bodies. It is different sensation than we are used to. During a massage we are touching the muscles at an inward motion. This service does the opposite. It pulls the skin and muscles away from the body in a reverse motion. Cupping benefits include reducing painful knots/trigger points, helps break down scar tissue and adhesions, and releases muscle pain and discomfort. During this session I will massage you and then dedicate 20-30 minutes to put the cups on the designated areas.
